What is the Know How management network?
The sessions are inspired by the mastermind concept. In small groups of top managers, a safe environment of trust and knowledge-sharing emerges. Here, you can address topics that aren't suitable to discuss with anyone else at work — and do so in real depth. Sessions are built on sharing, transformational brainstorming, mutual support, and open collaboration. The aim is both personal and professional growth, as well as the growth of your company. Topics are driven by the specific needs and interests of participants. Together, we cover everything from people management, expansion, business innovation, and client acquisition to preparing for major corporate changes. Within the group, you become each other's strategic partners. You can consult on decisions, ask for advice, or share your experience. You can give and receive feedback and work through real-world situations where you need expertise, experience, or inspiration from relevant peers.

Who will guide you through the sessions?
We're Jirka and Dáda. We both have experience in business and personal development. We'll be there for you. We'll prepare the sessions, facilitate discussions, help define action plans, and reflect on new insights. But the group doesn't revolve around us. What matters is you and the group dynamics. It rises and falls with those of you who show up and bring your topics. You, the leaders, who put your skin in the game.
Organization
What to expect?
Expect 9 sessions over 12 months of collaboration. We'll meet 6 times in person and 3 times online. At each session, several of you will work through your topic while the others help. At 4 of the sessions, a guest you choose together will help develop you as well.
