Game Development

Gamification is an approach that combines game principles and non-game environments. We pride ourselves on putting gamification into practice on the Czech market and on developing our own games and simulations for corporate practice. It is a motivational element that co-creates a company culture.

The team works with existing games and activities, but we also create new ones. Majority of the trainings we have done throughout the years were tailored to the specific needs of the client or target group, hence we have worked with hundreds of games or activities.

 

Mise HERo developed games, gamified trainings such as:

Anti Hatespeech game, game about creating fake news within the Words Are Stones
project.

Board games for topics like newcomer adaptation (insurance sector) and game to
show company operations (different roles within the company) to be enjoyed by both
adults and children.

Complex Gamified training experiences called Hellena Keller, Travel through time,
Shackleton expedition, Steampuk expedition, Pretty Woman, Tribe journey and many
others.

Methodology on how to create games to combat bullying among children 4-10 years
old. Including and LTTA for teachers where we taught schoolteachers develop their own
games (25 games altogether).

LARPs about different topics and with different goals to achive (e.g. topic from a school environment, „trip to Tokyo”).

strengthening relationships and opening up issues in a non-traditional method that brings the power of shared experience and space for reflection,

path finding and new solutions.
