Building the capacity of educators at police academies so that they can effectively teach communication to future police officers and rescue teams

Duration: October 2023 – November 2025

Main goals

The project will develop a training program and interactive tools to improve the communication skills of police officers in training. The platform with game modules will help eliminate communication gaps in police education.

The Curriculum will be curated by communication experts and tailored to educators working in police academies.

Main outputs

• Educational content – ​​training modules, manuals, guides and case studies that will be available through the digital platform.

• Teaching tools – video simulations, model situation cards, gamified activities and other interactive materials that educators can use as a supplement to educational modules.
