Who we are
The team of Mise HERo has been working together in the field of gamification in education for the past decade. Our main expertise lies in working with different types of games (board games, card games, outdoor activities, LARPs, building games, creative activities etc.) as well as other approaches of experiential learning and related methods during the educational process. This implies selection or creation of the most suitable activities, building an educational program around them, and following up with a facilitated discussion that enhances learning of everyone. In the private sector we create training and development programs for our clients based on their needs, talent programs and others on topics such as leadership, communication, feedback delivery, personality typology, sales, coaching, work-life balance, mindfulness, agile etc.
Mise HERo has also long-time expertise in training the trainers, teaching them how to create more powerful, immersive, game elements inspired trainings. We have experience developing training games and teaching trainers how to incorporate existing games and develop their own games as well.
